Orders are usually processed between 2 and 3 business days.

We ship via Canada Post or UPS based on the destination, dimensions and weight of the order.

Shipping Times

Shipping time is 2 to 7 business days depending on the location.  All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  By ordering you agree not to hold Teas and Bees responsible for any damages due to order delays or shipping delays.

Small Order Shipping

If your order can be safely placed and sent in an envelope and is less than 500 grams then it is shipped Canada Post Lettermail.  Canada Post’s lettermail service does not have a Canada Post guaranteed delivery date (as with Expedited Parcel or XpressPost) and will not have a tracking option.
