The maple syrup comes from our sugar maples located on our farm. I look forward in early spring to go out and place the taps in the trees, collecting the sap and boiling it down over the open fire to the delicious maple syrup. It takes 50 litres of sap to make 1 litre of syrup!
The maple syrup is hand-crafted in small batches, filtered and tested to ensure it meets the Ontario Maple Syrup requirements and then bottled for you to enjoy.

The fine sugar can be used as a replacement for white or brown sugar to create the flavour and sweetness of maple.
The nuggets are great on cappuccinos, lattes or a topping for baked goods.
