We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, registered within Canada and US, cheque, money orders, or e-Transfers.
We do not accept telephone or fax payment as we do not take credit card information over these means of communication for your security.
For cheques, money orders or e-Transfers, we will hold your order until your payment has been accepted and deposited. The cheque or money order must be in Canadian funds and payable to Teas and Bees and mailed to our address.
We are unable to accept PayPal as this time.
If you are using a pre-paid gift card (such as a VISA gift card), then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.

We are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order.

Occasionally we run out of stock of a particular item unexpectedly. We do not issue back-orders if we run out of stock. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you through your preferred contact information and will request your input on a substitution or issue a refund at your request.
Request for cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. All requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.
