Camel Milk Chocolate

Camel milk chocolate is chocolate made from camel's (genus Camelus) milk. Camel milk chocolate is made in Dubai, United Arab Emirate.

Camel milk is extremely nutritious and is approximately 50% lower in fat than cow's milk. The  milk contains a high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids which makes it healthy.  In addition, camel milk is rich in vitamin C and contains more calcium than other types of milk. Camel milk has an rich creamy mouthfeel, earthy taste and can be naturally slightly salty.

The chocolate bars are made with powdered camel's milk and mixed with varying amounts of cocoa (to make the milk and dark chocolate), bourbon vanilla, honey and natural flavourings.  The white chocolate contains no cocoa.

The chocolate dates are stuffed with whole pistachios and covered in the milk chocolate.

The camel-shaped chocolates packaged in the caravans are milk chocolate pralines filled with a creamy macadamia nut and honey filling.
